Information management is highly used in this position, providing customer information to travel operators, coordinating transfers and flights and having an overall view of each particular trip.A high level of knowledge is needed of the various aspects of a holiday and the area where clients will be visiting as the Operations Executive is the main contact for; customers, hotels and local operators.Cancellations are performed for customers at every level of the booking stage and coordination is required between a number of different departments and outside operators.
