During this period I have done a lot of acquisition for procurement assignments. Since 1998 I have worked as an independent procurement consultant for my own company Respect Inkoopconsultancy. I accept the responsibility for leading a project within a complicated and large organization. Change management is one of the key characteristics in leading some of those projects. It is my main objective to convince my customers of the need to professionalize their procurement organization.My approach can be characterized by clear and short communication, pragmatism, aiming for results and searching for cooperation with the internal customers of my clients.
