This position leads the company’s Vendor Management and materials procurement activities by working closely with the CEO, Renovations team, Residents Services team to support Construction Operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring acquisitions forecasts to anticipate vendor sourcing needs, playing a key role ensuring the readiness & opening of new markets, ensuring the audit and contractual compliance of the vendor base, and fostering a best-in-class experience for our vendor partners and IHM employees.
