As the lead for the Enterprise Business Segment, Peter provides management and oversight for all core Accela implementation projects within North America. Peter has P&L responsibilities and oversees a large team of IT professionals. Peter's portfolio includes over 160 active projects, including ongoing efforts with several of the largest cities in the country as well as multiple State level efforts.

Peter served as a Director in CGI's Environmental and Regulatory Services Group. His most recent role as as the Director of Growth Management. In this role, Peter led a responsible for product strategy, business development and sales and marketing across the Public Sector and Commercial domains, including multiple product and offering families. Prior to assuming the Growth Management role, Peter served as the Sector Lead for the State and Local Group for the Environmental and Regulatory Solutions Group. As such Peter was responsible for delivery oversight and quality management for a portfolio of up to 8 projects. Peter was responasible for up to 50 resources in this role, and his group experienced year over year growth of approximatley 20%.

After receiving his MBA, Peter began working at CGI. Initially functioning as a Business Analyst with a specialist in Business Intelligence (BI), Peter quickly transitioned into Project Management roles. Over a 7 year period Peter worked on and led multiple projects with telecommunications providers, and State and Local governments. In August 2007 Peter was promoted to Director in the Environmental and Regulatory Solutions Group where his responsibilities expanded to providing oversight for a portfolio of projects.

While getting his MBA at Georgetown, Peter worked as a Y2K Contingency Planner at Concert Communications as his Summer Internship. At the time, Concert was a wholly owned subsidiary of MCI. In this role Peter analyzed potential technical challenges anticipated from Y2K software defects, and documented related business impacts. Peter then worked with a global team to establish detailed contingency plans to minimize business risk if potential Y2K bugs occurred. The plan that Peter helped author was utilized by the global company in the lead up to Y2K.

Peter served in a series of progressive jobs at the University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill in the Carolina Union. Initially hired as the Technical Director overseeing backstage operations for the performing arts center on campus, over time Peter was promoted to Assistant Director of the Union. As such he was responsible for all aspects of the performing arts center including bookings, front of house operations and back of house operations. He also led a group that provided special event support to over 1000 annual events on campus. Peter was a member of the leadership team for the Carolina Union. Peter helped lead the process that led to the renovations of both the campus performing arts center (Memorial Hall) and the Carolina Union. He left this position to attend graduate school full time at Georgetown University.
