Beside developing and standardizing the material and information among KBU and the supplying partners, I'm responsible for our suppliers' logistics performance, and in case of vacancies at Strategic Purchasing Department, I'm usually the one, who is assigned for the replacement temporarily. Generally I have a wide knowledge of the operation of the company, but delegated to processes in connection with material and information flow, or to exact, smaller projects.

Responsible for managing the completion of a product (family) from the bottom of the supply chain - operational purchasing - through inhouse processes, production planning, - until dspatching and customer connection. So pretty much responsible for the whole material and information flow for one product family through the supply chain (and that product family was the cluster for Mondeo and Focus, and other models for after market)
