• Determine resources (materials/capacity/manpower) to meet customer’s forecast/upsides within 3 factories at different geographic locations to assure timely delivery and provide outstanding customer service. Coordinate with factories in executing customer requirements.• Analyze capacity expense needed to support growing demand when required• Serve as liaison between factory and customer to resolve all issues, including pricing, shipments, unused materials, purchase orders from customer to close outstanding excess materials, and unpaid invoices• Review and where necessary, align customer roadmaps with our own and work with engineering accounts group and factory to determine and implement value engineering activities to reduce revenue leakage and gaps and improve margins• Negotiate price and quote modifications for engineering builds• Execute the following upon engagement for new accounts: set up translation tables, manufacturing codes that link BOM to the appropriate devices needed to complete the build, set up FTP site for proper documentation between partners, define logistics rules of engagement with international customs and documents needed to proceed with international border transfers• Arrange Quarterly Business Reviews between the customer and factory to review die loading performance, forecast achievement, and status of value engineering activities• Maintain accuracy of data within SAP on customer forecast including line item details, pricing, and global code creations• Generate and update customer quotes

Primary interface between marketing, sales, program managers, customers, product engineers & factory planners on prototype deliveries.• Provide/execute forecast schedule for prototype delivery to end-customer from design to finished product • Expedite operation and modify schedules to meet unforeseen conditions whenever necessary • Resolve sort and test issues with product and test engineers in order to release design to production • Provide/achieve revenue projections based on backlog

• Analyze production specifications, plan capacity data and performed mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements. • Supervise Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Control• Drew up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to backlog and forecast. • Plan fab, assembly, test, and other manufacturing operations to guide of production workers. • Prepare production reports including list of required materials, tools and equipment. • Manage quality control for the Q.A. Department. • Manage inventory control• Manage and set up Shipping and Receiving procedures• Responsible for creating and releasing purchase orders for Mask reticles, wafers and piece parts• Created an MRP system, giving visibility of supply and demand on a global basis.
