GRG has also successfully provided consulting, business development and related services in the rail and transportation industries.

Responsible for managing all sales and marketing domestically and internationally for privately held railroad supply company. My role included handling major customers representing approximately 65% of the revenue stream along with managing our Sales and Engineering staffs. International experience includes Canada, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand and Australia.Primarily a design, engineering and sales firm, for over 75 years IRECO developed a number of propriety products to improve railroad mechanical operations - many of these products became and remain industry standards. I contributed to a number of the company's patents as the primary interface between our customers and our Engineering team. In many cases, we worked with our customers customers such as rail shippers and manufacturers to develop and manufacture solutions to better improve lading securement and reduce in-transit damage.
