As managing director of Tribalrock, Peter brings his extensive experience to deliver projects for his clients. Project engineering is his thinking, Working as a project manager or client's agent, he supports individuals and companies to realise their business objectives.Peter cut his business teeth at ET Sutherland & Son plc back in the 80s. The business was sold to Greencore in the early 90s, so as a qualified chef and sommelier, Peter went on to pursue his love of all things foodie to launch his own catering business, Launchmanor Catering which included a 120-cover restaurant in Derbyshire. He sold the business ten years later.Moving on to new environments as production manager for Colbere Engineering during the infancy stage of the internet revolution.Peter then spent 15 years in the motor industry as IT and Communications Manager, taking on a main board position as Operations Director for The Gilder Group an AM100 Motor retailer with a £2M marketing budget, 1200 multisite IT seats and building 5 new dealerships, he oversaw the growth of the company from 3 to 12 retailers, to its eventual sale to JCT600 in 2013Peter is a people person and is a tenacious, creative thinker with one eye on the budget and the other on exceeding client expectations, Peter will always tell it like it is. He gets things done and will complete every project as if it were for his own business. With an unrivalled level of detail and focus, nothing gets missed and he will strive to ensure all work is finished to the very highest standards and is fit for the purpose required.He lives in Derbyshire with his wife Lisa and, every few months, their children Jordan and Tom descend on the family home from their Jobs outside the UK. A keen road cyclist, mountain biker and gym goer, regularly partakes in Road Sportive and ill advised hill descents, Peter is now training to take part in his very first sprint triathlon.
