• Responsible for overseeing and implementing all phases of the Outage Process, including all preparation and execution activities: conducting system/vertical reviews, schedule development, window readiness challenge.
• Team Lead for first- of- a- kind on line Containment System inspections which supported the deferral of the Vacuum Building Outage, positively impacting strategic imperative of financial strength

PNGS

• Oversee the safe and reliable execution of outage campaigns for the Universal Delivery Machine at PNGS 5-8, as well as the maintenance and operation of Pressure Tube Scrape tools at both PNGS and DNGS
• Interface directly with Station and Outage organization senior leaders in support of outage campaign planning and execution
• Support the development of next generation reactor inspection tooling, including CWEST (Circumferential Wet Scrape Tool) and the RDM (Rapid Delivery Machine)

PNGS

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing Fuel Handling Maintenance windows to ensure safe and reliable interface and operation with the Operating Units
• Developed a Fuel Handling Reliability plan to improve station force loss rate metrics
• Promote the development and advancement of staff, including mentorship of leaders at the shop floor level (e.g. FLM and FLMa) up to Section Managers
• Created a sustainable RAM overhaul program and facility upgrade for PNGS Fuel Handling department to support continuous fueling operations

• Direct the development and implementation of assigned Work Break down Structure (WBS) including resolving schedule conflicts. As the owner of the assigned WBS be responsible for controlling work scope, organizing.
