I knew already when I was a teenager that I wanted to work in international Sales & Marketing, and that´s what I have done over the years. To develop and define the true values of a product or a service, create the sales tools, define the right distribution, train and motivate the sales force and see the results, that is what I love to do. "It is hard to sell an emotion. It is impossible to sell anything else", as some wise marketing guru once said, and this is very true. I work with a lot of passion and can get people excited, no matter what nationality.I speak Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, German, French and Dutch/Flemish. I have lived and worked in a number of countries, and have no problems adjusting to new cultures and/or industries. Presentations to six board members on the top floor or in front of 300 people in a large auditorium, I can handle the whole range.I have worked with some of the very best in their industry such as IKEA (retail), Bang & Olufsen Audio (high end sales and distribution development), Bona (B2B, world leading wood floor care) and SBS (design, niche marketing, B2B). Some companies have been struggling, which is always more challenging - and rewarding, when the results improve. When I lived in San Francisco a few years ago I realized I wanted to work in a smaller scale with less traveling, and and also use my cooking skills better. I started developing recipes for Köld in my apartment with my vegan friend Alex and a small icecream machine. I moved back to Sweden soon after and we are now based in Malmö, where we have bigger machines but the icecream is just as good.
