Prior to that he was a partner at two large global search firms. Came|Sweeney is a boutique firm. We don't take on hundreds of assignments but each search we execute we are intimately engaged in every step of the process - from placing the first call to the first candidate to communicating the progress of the assignment to candidates and communicating with our clients regularly and frequently - providing status reports and sharing comments and insights of those with whom we talk. We are respectful and responsive to all parties involved in the search process. We simply never accept an assignment only to then pass on the responsibility to junior staff.
