Oversaw the merger of the two highly respected golf clubs in Melbourne.- Culminating in the Kingswood Course being sold and members of the club as part of the merger relocating to the Peninsula site. - The subsequent Capital works program and Marketing strategies such as renaming and rebranding of the merged clubs. - Reportedly the biggest course redevelopment in Australian golfing history is set to propel the clubs North and South Courses on to the world stage.

TRP was established to enable the industry to have total control of all oncourse production and programming content ensuring that TVN was able to deliver its core objectives.

-Appointed as Chief Executive with the specific objective to manage, protect and commercialise the aggregated media rights to all Victorian and Sydney metropolitan raceclubs including the implementation of a dedicated thoroughbred racing television channel. -Specifically this resulted in the industry owning its media rights, controlling its distribution channels ( Digital, FTA, and Pay TV),the production company and other associated Media assets.

Introduced and implemented 5 years strategic plan which culminated in the following major developments.-The repositioning of Caulfield Racecourse as Melbourne's first dedicated center of thoroughbred racing excellence. -The development of the Hillside and Lakeside racetrack dual circuit format at Sandown. -Changing the name of the club from the Victorian Amateur Turf Club to the Melbourne Racing Club and implementing the subsequent Marketing Branding and positioning strategies.
