Handling high volume of complex civil litigation involving tort claims for Nationwide Insurance Company filed in all 51 counties throughout the northern half of Illinois. Manage significant work utilizing expert witnesses from a variety of backgrounds including medical, engineering, economic, construction, financial, and securities. Developed company-wide litigation defense plan template, for use with claims personnel.

Managed litigation practice in many areas of complex civil practice including construction, transportation, consumer fraud, wrongful death, premises liability and Dram Shop. Mentored less experienced attorneys and staff in handling civil litigation.

Responsible for managing high-volume complex litigation practice in the areas of wrongful death/survival, construction, products, transportation, and premises liability. Implemented prosecution of plaintiffs’ subrogation actions for major insurance carrier.
