● Reduced UK’s risk of inadequately documented passengers by providing 24 hour advice service to airlines and police and immigration authorities. In all locations reduced risk by over 50%. ● Tailored and delivered training sessions to over 4000 people with 98% positive customer feedback. ● Produced intelligence packages on visa and airline fraud resulting in successful prosecutions in the UK and host countries. This acted as an effective deterrent to future smuggling and trafficking. ● Diplomatic representative for UK in 8 countries and guest speaker at international conferences on illegal immigration.● Successfully coordinated evacuations of over 1500 UK citizens from airports during tsunami and earthquake crisis periods.
