Customer & consumer support was first class, meaning that the 5 year domestic warranty, or 3 year commercial one, on offer, opened many doors for the product. Selling the Alphason A/V furniture range on a commission only basis to all points west. 2006 being a spectacular year for sales into the trade, due to presence of few competitors (4 significant ones) and a superb product range. This market went into free fall after the 2008 financial crisis, stand prices reducing by perhaps as much as 50% and the competition increased to just under 20 competitors when I left Alphason at the beginning of 2009
