Responsible for developing and implementing a broad range of human resources functions and activities such as recruiting, compensation and benefits, employment egagement, performance management, training and development and employee relationships, etc. for the Unisys Global Services Technology Centre in China, Unisys China, Unisys HK & Unisys TWResponsible for recruitment, employee relationship, C&B and training in China with four locations at Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, help to set up the campus certer in Nanjing in 2006 with a size of 300 freshers.Responsible for recrtuiment, C&B, employee relation, organization & development and other HR support for Shanghai.Responsible for all HR functions support which is included recruitment, C&B and etc. in China
