• Lead and drive key sales & marketing activities to deliver company’s objectives• Conceptualize, implement and execute all aspects of marketing program to build the brand, increase sales and market share• Plan, budget and implement targeted campaigns for business and assess effectiveness of campaigns, report response rates and monitor expenditure.• Responsible for leads generation and management, quantitative analysis of results • Work with cross functional team to execute sales & marketing programs targeting at product, market segment or customer loyalty and share.

• Develop and implement sales plans and keep track of their progress against pre-defined sales objectives• Closely monitor the marketing activities of major competitors and recommend counter strategy, if required• To initiate promotion proposal for dealer and ensure promotion objectives can be achieved• To explore and execute related joint promotion with potential clients
