In 2018 I successfully introducing the onboard assessment management system (ACMS) into the catering grades at GWR for over 700 colleagues to be certified within their role as competent introducing the role of Development Coach to the business. My role also gives me responsibility for the on train standards, training and development of the onboard training for all new entrance to the business working with the training team. I am also part of the Senior team driving forward each depot to achieve the RM3 standard in Exemplar and Leading for the On board function across the business.
