I managed a technical customer service team of 12 people (engineers) as a Customer Service Team lead. Within my responsibilities were: performance evaluation, regular meetings with the team members, supervising workflows and daily tasks, defining the governance, reporting progress of the team and of individuals. I organized trainings to my team members and the beginners. I also taken part in development of internal process improvements. I was responsible for key accounts from the EMEA region – it required regular meetings in order to help the project schedules, planning the software upgrades and handling issues posing (political) challenges.
