Duties:- Four full sites with total worth over £8million, with highlight being a trial of social enterprise construction management contract in Loughborough: Demolition of existing building and construction of a new build, with a self-build element; all of the self-builders were vulnerable young people - Managing the welfare and progression of the vulnerable young people - The Loughborough project generated media coverage and was commended in The House of Commons by Patricia Hewitt MP.
