Dilapidations liability assessments are becoming more common place and assist clients with budgeting and strategy development, strategy being key to determining a lease in your favour whether Landlord or Tenant.We also carry out LCC and Building Condition Surveys, often for LG bodies which involves a level of security and trust. Our surveys involve and can include a combination of FRA, DDA, H&S as well as dilaps liability to forecast/budget future expenditure.
