I underwent 9 weeks of customer service training on how to build up trust with the customers by exploring the customer needs which resulted in selling the customer the right product. My main duties were supervisory of a team of officers meeting and greeting customers, verification of customer’s purchases. Also the prevention and deterring of theft within the organization carrying out investigations weather internal or external to ensure the Shrink target set out as a business was achievable. I also had the responsibility of training others in all aspect of the role has the store that I was stationed was branded the training centre for all other branches.
