I am a field geologist with diverse experiences in production and exploration settings at a variety of deposit types in Arizona, Nevada, and Alaska . Currently I work closely with a great mine crew to minimize dilution, maximize safety, and dance our advancing stopes through one of the world's most entertaining ore deposits(Greens Creek). Prior to my career in geology I was a leader at an early stage Silicon Valley startup that has blossomed into a successful consumer ed-tech company (Brilliant.org). That early entrepreneurial leadership experience taught me a potent mix of management skills that I rarely flex as a geologist( I'd rather be mapping). Everything I am as a professional is a product of the people who have mentored me along the way, and I am eager to help others in any way that I can.
