As Programme Director (PD) I'm accountable to the SRO for establishing the governance framework, the day-to-day management of the programme and the delivery of the vision and objectives. I'm responsible for driving the delivery of the programme and overseeing it to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Recognised as a novel achievement in Whitehall where challenging and ambiguous political context had to be navigated.
