Our fleet team coordinates the design, purchase, construction, outfitting,customization, maintenance and repair for the department’s 132 Frontline and Reserve Engines,Aerial, Command, ARFF, Brush, Wildfire, and Support Vehicles. The air team provides vitalFirefighter Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) management, acquisition, inspections,annual testing, repair and services for the departments 600 SCBAs and 2500 SCBA Air Bottles.And our small engine team coordinates the purchase, inventory, delivery, maintenance and repairfor all motorized, electric and handheld tools needed to do the job.
