Mr. Terrill has over 20 years of experience as a business leader and program manager of U.S. Government contract delivery teams for strategy and organizational consulting, technical, and information technology services. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Terrill worked at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) as a nuclear weapon design engineer, project lead, and flight test lead. He spent three years on assignment as the senior scientific advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs, formulating strategic plans U.S. nuclear stockpile and managing capability planning. Besides leading and managing business, his subject matter expertise includes designing and testing U.S. nuclear weapon systems, fielding flight test vehicles and ground-based sensors, leading intelligence analysis for nuclear and radiological threats to the Homeland, and leading international programs.
