Picked on Sales and Marketing with Donewell life insurance where I schooled myself in marketing and business development. I moved on to pick on a more challenging role of Administrative Manager at Teekept Car Work and Pay, which was a start up business but was able to move into becoming a corperate one in less than two years. My short interval Achievement brought out the best in me thus after my third year was poached by the management of P. A. Consult to help them grow from a start up to corporate as Administrative Manager and a Personal Assistant to the CEO.. Having a prior knowledge in business development management and an Administrative Manager, I was able to scout for new market, build on relations and properly managed account of clients whiles coaching my staff to do same. I also helped with policy formulations and helped put in place administrative procedures as maybe required of a business. Also in two years it was able to make head way thus as a form of appreciation, the CEO discussed his intentions to go into financial services. After a careful brainstorming, I was made to lead the team and start P. A. Susu services which is a non banking financial service provider.
