Throughout my career, I have led the planning, design, development, and execution of various real estate development projects across different asset classes and regions, from project conceptualization to project delivery and asset management. With more than 35 years of extensive real estate development experience, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative, sustainable, and profitable designs and solutions for landmark developments, including integrated developments in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, resorts, entertainment & theme parks, and water parks.I am passionate about design and development management, and I always strive to create value for my clients and stakeholders by being decisive, result-driven, focused, rigorous, disciplined, meticulous, organized, systematic, efficient, analytical, and highly adaptive to changes. I also endeavour to be an inspiring leader and mentor, and I am committed to providing sustainability solutions and social responsibility in my projects. I have a Master of Architecture degree majoring in urban design and landscape architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA.
