• I am responsible for an all day restaurant and 3 pool bars. This outlet has been taken over from another hotel, which is now closed. Since arriving I have introduced many new theme nights as well as new menu items..
• Responsible for the entire day’s operations; breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Responsible for the recruitment of the outlet
• Responsible for identifying the training needs and develop and deliver the required training.
• Solely responsible for 40 associates.
• Creating LAOP’s for the entire outlet

Doha

• I was promoted to all-day dining restaurant manager by our Director of F&B, in my few months in this role I have raised the moral of the staff and put many exciting promotions in place which has brought lot’s of profit.

• Setting up the outlet for daily operation
• Responsible for scheduling a large group of staff working in different areas of the outlet
• Responsible for all stock control
• Responsible for creating Revenue Reports on a daily basis
