1. Resource Management.Liaise / meetings with project managers and site managers throughout LPN, SPN & EPN area generate and update resource plan that is submitted on a weekly basis forecasting on all FPP projects live and forthcoming. This includes WPD and outside resource.2.Fleet Management.Assisting in the running of Freedom vehicles, provide information on matching vehicles with operatives, updating program and informing workforce regarding correct company procedures for use, cross referencing fuel against company mileage also operatives location to contract to enable cost saving exercise. Continuous monitoring utilising the vehicle trackers of the commercial usage will enable a more efficient work force. .3.Productivity Improvements.Providing the correct skilled personnel for ongoing and upcoming contracts, in all regions, taking account of skill levels, travel time. Setting and agreeing weekly forecasts and monitoring as to enable these to be achieved. 4.Project Management WPD.Assist our procurement and QS team to provide quotations for new works, along with providing operatives on agreed day work rates. 5.TrainingReview performance levels of our site operational personnel, liaise closely with our Training Manager and agree additional training where required along with altering operatives locations to suit ongoing training requirements, updating Resource plan.Liaise on company procedures with Freedom operatives regarding procedure along with implementation of these procedures. 6.TAC / Assessment Carry out competence assessment for Freedom and sub-contract staff, implement correct competence certificates, annual reviews, forward on to TAC for upload for issue of Freedom Passport.8.Project Manager Carry out project management duties for Watts and Vars, Battery Chargers, Ancerage Lane, Hatfield Grid, Chalvedon grid, also provide CDM completion files.
