HVCCS produce: aluminium heat-exchangers, HVACs and climate systems for automotive industry- technologies: injection moulding, high-frequency welding of tubes, continual atmospheric brazing, torch brazing, crimping, pressure and He leak testing, automotive air-condition assembly lines.a) Preparation of new projects in pre-production stage consisting of:- new machine & tooling procurement, their transfer, installation, commissioning, tune up & operator training- layout development & optimization- solve critical manufacturing and quality issues- develop complete process documentation like Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Check Sheets, Process capability studies, etc.- evaluate cycle times for assembly processes, distribute workload to operators, decrease bottle-neck operations- quote and selection of facility and tooling for new programsb) Support & improve projects in mass production, consisting of:- sustain continues improvement of existing process by using methods like: Lean, 6Sigma, Kaizen, Poka Yoke- implementation of statistic process controls (SPC)- leader of VA/VE & TQCM activities (Value Analysis / Value Engineering, Cost saving management)c) Prepare & control manufacturing budgetd) Define BWS and investments for new projects; plan floor expansions for high volume programse) Leading the team of process engineers (7) and prototype operators (2)
