I am primarily responsible for the sourcing and deal completion on acquisition targets. I have oversight on all acquired business as primary shareholder and CEO of the central operational team within Jalex Futures. Jalex Futures is a private equity investment business that I founded after selling CanTrack Global to a PE backed business. The Founders Fund is a fund for founders, by founders - helping business owners crystallise the value in their business.The Founders Fund is not an impact fund, although it will always favour investments with a sustainability angle.

From founding the business in 2004, through to a successful 8-digit exit in 2021 and everything in between, the role of MD has meant different things at different times. A variety of roles performed primarily with colleagues in London, New York, Zurich and Frankfurt. Managed a team of 30 delivering high impact projects to front-office (predominantly trading) teams in Equities, GSAM and FICC. Responsible for budgets between £4-£70M.
