Here, I was promoted from Manager of Facilities to Associate Director of Facilities in recognition of success in leadership and team management. I direct and manage a historic glasshouse/conservatory, one of the oldest in the country opening in 1890, as well as three additional buildings across the campus. I manage and maintain the production growhouses and all the plants within the conservatory including their automation and maintenance. I ensure two buildings are LEED Platinum certified and all three buildings are Living Building certified by conducting extensive research and analysis. Additionally, I oversee and lead the construction operations, capital projects, LEED implementation and execution, and other sustainability projects. I also plan, organize, and manage the maintenance processes, procedures, repairs, and project operations for each building.

In this position, I oversaw and managed the design, build, installation, and maintenance of all landscaping features for 75 clients throughout the Western Pennsylvania region.
