Working with the players during their rugby league season assisting with massage (deep tissue & soft tissue) to help ease any tension and tightness around muscle groups. Educating the players on certain stretches & strengthening exercises they can be doing on a daily basis to help reduce pain and keep them injury free in the long run .

Working closely with the players during training sessions and match days . Helping to ease tension espcially in the shoulder muscles due to impact from scrums & tackles. Applying deep tissue & soft tissue massages , advising the players on stretches & recovery times needed for the body to heal .
