Ansvarig för ett kundteam bestående av fastighetsskötare, drifttekniker, hyreshandläggare, projektledare, jurist & hyresförhandlare. Tillsammans arbetar vi med fastighetsägare och hjälper dem att optimera och planera fastighetens drift och underhåll.

Responsible for larger & international accounts. Increasing lease penetration through partner trainings and market activities. Giving presentations and educating the partner sales force in leasing and its benefits. Constantly bringing DLL:s value proposition to the table. Creating and maintaining relationships with different positions within the partner organisation, such as: Sales reps, Management, Finance, Front office, Back Office etc. Getting relevant people within DLL to have a relationship with the equivalent partner representatives in order to make the processes easier between DLL and the partner. Executing steering committees together with the partner where mutual goals and common interests are set up and followed up. Responsible for a sales quota.

Field sales. Targeting new accounts / partners. Educating the partner sales force in leasing/financing in order for them to have the tools necessary to bring it to their customers. Through trainings and marketing activities getting existing partners to increase their lease penetration. Responsible for a sales quota.

Selling leasing over the phone targeting existing and new partners. Responsible for a sales quota.

Front Office. Helping our dealers/vendors with leasing agreements and calculating different lease structures.

Back Office. Administration of lease contracts.

Account responsible for one of the creditors. Having contact with debtors, helping them with amortization plans.
