I have over nine years management experience with a degree in Chemistry, a Post Graduate qualification in Surveying and Real Estate Management and a proven track record in leading multi-specialism teams.I am an expert in the delivery of sustainable, integrated waste and recycling management solutions covering a wide range of environmental legislation and regulatory systems. I design highly bespoke solutions on complex long term contracts, by utilizing both my breadth of experience and depth of knowledge in formal OJEU public sector tendering (including SoPC4 Standardisation of PFI Contracts and within the DEFRA Waste Infrastructure Delivery Programme (WIDP) framework). I manage Competitive Dialogue and multi-stage project tenders from PQQ/RFQ through Outline, Detailed and Final submissions, including gaining formal Exec Board approval for business cases and commercial models.I lead development teams to deliver sustainable public sector tenders and programmes including Waste to Energy, fuel preparation and resource management.I manage the technical responses for tenders and SDP documents for projects and mobilization by directing a team of business development and bid managers along with teams from operations, engineering, finance, legal and other functional departments. I deliver new business multi-discipline contracts and identify opportunities for development in existing schemes within a portfolio of projects. I improve the design and development of the technical, commercial and quality elements of solutions by adopting an innovative and continuous improvement approach throughout the business development lifecycle. I engage with external stakeholders through dialogue to agree performance measurements of proposed solutions, thus building trusted relationships and leveraging them to deliver mutual value.
