- Preparation of CAS/IFRS closing – focusing on Investments, accounting vs. investment software IVAN check, analysis of differences - IFRS reporting to group and the data consolidation in AGORA (SAP), SII reporting to group and the date consolidation in GLORIA (TAGETIK) - Preparation of financial analysis and the result of investment (P&L) for management, interpretation of results and prediction - Reporting of result of investment to group - RAZOR (IFRS/RISK, SII) and cooperation on implementation of RAZOR (Long-term project – Investment reporting tool) - SI and SII reporting to ČNB (data preparation and consolidation, communication with ČNB) - Cooperation with Head of Accountant, with internal auditor (Control and processes set up) - Cooperation with investment specialist (back-up for investment specialist – portfolio valuation (fund prices), fund buying/selling, closing, CNLP reporting) - Communication and cooperation with external audit – data preparation - Preparation and managing Investment model CAS/IFRS, Balance sheet model CAS/IFRS and LIFE model for budgeting and forecasting - Ad-Hoc analysis

- Preparation of annual budget and forecast on regular basis, control and discuss of budget utilization by individual cost center owners (local/foreign) and presenting to CFO - Monthly preparation of the actual OPEX reporting and actual versus budget/UFC comparison including analysis of deviations and commenting results - Participations on quarterly discussion about business plans, savings and forecasting with cost center owners and Chief financial officer - Clear and in time communication with cost center owners, accounting department, auditors and other relevant parties - Regular monthly cooperation on detailed Essbase reporting to ING Headquarter - Cooperation on ad-hoc analysis and projects when delegated (e.g. Cost control of ING Transformation process, Sales Distribution channel analysis, etc.)
