I have experience representing and advising clients on a broad range of transactions including domestic and international project finance work across the infrastructure and energy (including renewable and energy transition) value chain acting for sponsors/developers, contractors and financial institutions. With a focus on project development, I advise on all types of commercial contracts, including EPC/construction contracts, concession and sub concession agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, government support arrangements, power purchase agreements, product sales agreements, and equipment supply agreements. I joined legacy A&O London in 2014, and as of 2022, I am based in Los Angeles.I am qualified in England and Wales and admitted in California.
