With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently the Executive Director of Global Packaging, Labelling, Distribution and Comparators at GSK, where I lead a team of over 100 professionals across multiple sites and regions. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of our global packaging and distribution operations, as well as sourcing and managing comparators for our clinical trials. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and suppliers, to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our patients and customers. Previously, I held various leadership positions in supply chain planning, logistics, and comparators at GSK, where I successfully implemented strategic initiatives, improved operational performance, and enhanced customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in chemistry, with a D.Phil in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, U. of London. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity, and solving complex problems with creativity and agility. I am also committed to advancing the science and practice of supply chain management, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with the wider community.
