Norwegian Post is divided in Mail and Logistic activities whereof Bring is the Logistics part.I managed a business unit in the Nordics (excluding Norway which belongs to a separate division) called Freight Forwarding that consists of Road Groupage, LTL/FTL (domestic & international), Air & Sea and 3 PL activities. Yearly Net Sales is approximately 250 MEUR and we are now > 530 employees. Since start I have been responsible of executing of the company strategy, which is mostly focused on achieving synergies of all acquisitions made through integration, industrialization and standardisation (order to cash).

Geodis Wilson is a Freight Management company owned by SNCF and operates mainly focusing on Air, Sea Freight and Logistics Activities. I managed the four Geodis Wilson entities in the Nordics with approximately 550 Million EUR of Net Sales and 750 employees spread over 18 offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.- Implemented a Nordic organisation. Support functions centralized on a Nordic level (Finance, HR, Business Excellence, IT, Products & Procurement) while Business Development and Operations maintained in the countries close to the customers.- Worked with and implemented continuous improvement process in operations leading to higher operational efficiency and lowered operating costs- Turnaround of Geodis Wilson Finland from loss making.- Turnaround of Geodis Wilson Norway from loss making.- Customer satisfaction Index above market average.- Employee satisfaction Index above market average.

Managing Director for Geodis Wilson Sweden AB with approximately 300 MEUR of Net Sales and 330 employees 9 offices around Sweden mainly focusing on Freight Management Air, Sea Freight and Logistics activities.- Implemented a Customer driven strategy.- “All time high” result 2010 and 2011 in the company >150 year old history.- Rewarded Swedish Meeting an Events planner reward 2009.- Rewarded Global Blue Attitude environmental reward 2009.- Developed, in co-operation with Kapp-Ahl, Lindex and IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, an iPad flow application for analysis of environmental impact of flows for retail & fashion customers which resulted in an innovation reward.- 4,32 score of 5 as Guest speaker on Tur Mässan in Gothenburg 2010 (excellent, interesting, super).

I became direct responsible of implementation and execution of TNT Freight Management´s global Business Development strategy with approximately 800 Million EUR Net Sales. Part of the executive management team (Freight Board) 2002- 2007 and had an active part in the executive team that sold TNT Freight Management to Geodis.- Implementation of Global Sales Process.- Implementation of Global Account Management Process.- Integration of former Wilson into TNT product portfolio.- Cross-Selling program established between divisions and successfully achieved.

I was headhunted to Wilson beginning of year 2000 as direct responsible for Wilson Logistics build-up of Global Logistics, Sales and Operations processes. Wilson was at that time established in 32 countries with approximately 500 – 700 Million EUR Net Sales. I was part of the executive management team and part of the build-up of the strategy that lead to sale from Nordic Capital to TNT. I also had an active part in the executive team that sold Wilson from Nordic Capital to TNT.

After successful results in TNT Express Sweden I was asked to move to Norway. I was the Managing Director for TNT Express in Norway living in Oslo for two years. The company was located in 4 cities of Norway with head office in Oslo and operated with red figures and had a Net Sales of approximately 200 MNOK with 150 FTE´s.

After almost 10 years in the Finance Industry I wanted to get back to the Logistics Industry. When working in financial institutes I was focusing on financing of logistics equipment and problem solving. When Swedish economy returned to more stable in mid-nineties the jobs in the finance sector became more “banking” and not in line with my profile. I therefore applied for and became employed by the Dutch Post owned TNT Express. I was the National Sales Manager of TNT Express in Sweden and had 17 Field Sales FTEs reporting to me. Budget targets as well as corporate KPIs were achieved year on year.

Manager for bad credit loans real estate with a stock responsibility 6 Billion SEK. After the financial crisis 1991-92 there were a lot of companies with problem to pay their loans. I was headhunted as responsible for taking care of Stadshypotek´s bad loans in west of Sweden. The focus was to either sell real estate to new solid owners or to find solutions to get back lent money. Managed to sell real estate and turn all loans into new solvent owners.
