• Facilitate monthly 2 day close process as required for 4 FBO locations (Teterboro, NJ; Bedford, MA; Cahokia, IL; Van Nuys, CA)• Reconcile sales and gross profit for the above 4 locations.• Manage all accounting functions and cost analysis reporting.• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial statements.• Prepare monthly closing package, with comments, for monthly financial review with Pres. & CFO.• Prepare monthly closing consolidation, cash flow forecast, and R&O reports in SAP BW.• Review and approve all invoices in the company web based AP system. • Perform all account analysis for all BS accounts in accordance with corporate SOX policies.• Lead on annual SOX audit; Internal Controls audit: and any State tax audit for all 4 locations.• Responsible for monitoring and reconciling annual CAPEX budget for all 4 locations.• Responsible for the addition, retirement and disposal of Fixed Assets at all 4 locations.• Lead on all Fixed Asset counts and quarterly reconciliations for all 4 locations.• Assist the FBO Director with cost monitoring and containment at all 4 locations.• Assist in monitoring and controlling repair costs for the 20 buildings across all 4 locations.• Reconcile all inter-company transactions between foreign and domestic affiliates.• Review AR for the business unit w/Accounting Specialist proactively to settle all invoices timely.• Review all commission calculations prepared by Accounting Specialist. Ensure current commission plan is applied accurately. Forward for final approval to GM.• Prepare weekly metrics report for Corp Controller and weekly revenue forecast for GM.• Maintain key metric information for the business units. Prepare comparison reports actual vs. budget, Y-O-Y, etc.• Assist and prepare annual budgets for all 4 locations.• Travel to the 3 facilities for audit control, workflows, education and other efficiencies.• Assist GM/Operations with any information request and any adhoc reporting.

* Responsible for a $400 million busget, reconciling sales and gross profit on a monthly basis.* Monitor and control $16 million inventory in 12 warehouses, assisting shipping and sales admin with IN/OUT traffic.* Conduct physical inventory counts on a quarterly basis.* Prepare monthly inventory reports documenting those items having consistent discprepancies and recommending appropriate corrstive acction.* Interface with 5 domstic and 7 overseas factories reconciling both regular and miscellaneous purchases and preparing payment via bi - monthly wire transfers.* Audit employee expense reportd for compliance with company policy.
