The KNVB Academy facilitates a lifelong learning for trainer-coaches who are active in amateur or professional football by offering courses and a program for further education. The content of the KNVB educational program is based on the most current developments/visions regarding football, learning & development and learning how to play football. As a manager, I am responsible for developing these visions and ensuring that they form the fundament for the KNVB’s coaching courses from the lowest to the highest level.In addition, I work together with the (senior) heads of coach education and coach educator supervisors on developing the competences of the KNVB football coach educators. Als manager ben ik verantwoordelijk om deze visies door te ontwikkelen en ervoor te zorgen dat zij de basis vormen voor het KNVB opleidingsaanbod van het laagste tot het hoogste niveau.Daarnaast werk ik samen met de (senior) hoofddocenten en docent(praktijk)begeleiders aan het ontwikkelen van de competenties van de KNVB voetbaldocenten.
