-Assist advisors in transitioning books from proprietary models to various advisory products, including SMA, ETF, and mutual funds-Consult in creating custom model-based portfolios unique to each financial advisor and team-Produce detailed statistical spreadsheets to differentiate various third-party managers and strategies-Author sales ideas and solutions to advisor portal-Collaborate with product management to implement optimal features and solutions-Partner with key strategic partners to perform due diligence on offerings and stay current with capital market assumptions-Address highly complex client scenarios involving potential capital gain, concentrated stock positions, and the need for income in a low interest rate environment

-Create customized client portfolios for high net worth and institutional clients integrating the firm’s investment strategy, product research and investment product platforms-Meet with asset management portfolio managers to understand investment philosophy and strategy-Coach and mentor Specialist and Specialist II in developing approropriate investment solutions -Prepare and present advisor and client presentations illustrating results of customized portfolio analyses-Coordinate with Investment Products and Services team to provide a seamless experience for clients-Travel to branches to train financial advisors, branch support and advisor service teams-Monitor current market trends through regular conference calls and financial publications-Attend nationwide due diligence meetings to meet with managers and senior executives to understand the company culture

-Identify brokerage errors and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner-Educate and walk through incoming account procedures and opening of new accounts-Assist brokers via inbound calls with issues regarding discretionary and nondiscretionary accounts-Identify risk on accounts and interact with risk and compliance to resolve situation-Explain and assist advisors with managed account products

-Act as a liaison to clients and brokers providing direct customer service-Conduct research on market volatility, trends, performance and economic issues-Introduce and explain product lines to existing and potential clients-Address and discuss client investment goals and objectives-Manage team of 9 or more employees with emphasis on achieving team and individual goals
