As manager of the Digital Design group, responsible for the successful running of the team including business and strategic planning, people management, mentoring and coaching, workload and resourcing, and team learning and development.

As SLL for Digital Design Australia, responsibilities included coordinating all regional service line coordinators to ensure consistency throughout Australia in approach, systems, quality and resourcing. This included overviewing the introduction of many new digital delivery software technologies, workflows, collaboration and quality systems.
