I believe strongly in personal and professional integrity in the legal profession. I was admitted as an attorney in May 1981 and have been practicing for almost 40 years. I am presently the Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland (South Africa) and have held this position for the past seven years. I am also on the executive board of Eversheds Sutherland's African Alliance which has affiliates in over 35 countries across the continent. My practice is a large and complex one. I am the head of Eversheds Sutherland's litigation department and have eight attorneys and candidate attorneys who report to me and whom I work closely with.I have right of appearance since June 1996 and have run High Court trials without the assistance of counsel and appeared in opposed and unopposed High Court applications. I have considerable experience in a broad spectrum of disciplines.
