I opened this clinic in late 2004 to service the needs of the general and sporting public.I qualified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports massage and Treatment in 2004 and set up the business thereafter. I am involved in the treatment and care ofprivate patients and Sports teams. Treatments include muscular and ligamentous manipulation involving a number of specific techniques. I have worked with a variety of patients from young to old and non athletic to Semi-pro standard athletes. I am involved with a number of top Quality sports teams in both GAA and Rugby providing first aid and therapy. In 2009 I worked with the Irish Exiles U-20 Rugby squad on tour in Ireland.

I qualified from Dublin City University with an honours rating in The National Certificate in exercise and fitness studies.I was employed locally at the well equipped Bodywise gym. I was responsible here for the design and implementation of exercise plans for all gym members. I assessed client needs through consultation and developed an awareness of healthy living ,eating and supplementation for all types from weight loss to body building. I was responsible for analysis through measurement and fitness testing. During my time here I was responsible for a dramatic increase in Male membership to the gym.

Owner and Manager of the Mushroom farm. I was responsible for the day to day running of the unit, managing the filling and preparing ofthe houses and of all the decision making regarding product type and harvesting. I obtained certificates in Manual and Chemical handling and in First aid training. I obtained "Q" awards for 5 consecutive years and supplied product to and was regularly visited by teams of buyers from the major UK Multiples.

I was given a territory in North and West Dublin to sell refrigeration products to the Retail and Commercial trade. These included serve over displays and upright chill display units. I cold called and set up sales meetings with High Street retailers e.g Supermarkets ,mini Marts, Butchers and Hotels and Restaurants. I successfully opened accounts in areas that were previously not on the company's listings encompassing Kildare, Louth, Meath, and Monaghan.

I was employed by Norish Foods Plc as an apprentice Refrigeration Engineer and successfully completed my Training with honours grades. My responsibility within the company was chiefly to do with the running of the refrigeration plant, servicing of the compressors and overall maintenance of the auxiliary equipment. I was also involved in the maintaining of pallet trucks and other light machinery at the plant along with the maintenance of the cold stores themselves i.e cold store doors and lighting.

I took up the position of sales assistant in what was and is still considered to be Monaghan's premier clothing retailer in 1983.I quickly became responsible for shop display both window and in store. I was given an input into the decision making of the buying of new lines. I had responsibility for stock control and in the selling of goods to the general public. I was given the duty of pricing stock both in the normal period of the year but also during the busy sale periods.
