As project lead, I have been involved into the WMS implementation project from the E2E processes. By introducing SCRUM to project team, we managed to customize WMS and hence the business value in the shortest time.1. Functional design:Lead the designing process for all the major WMS functions, such as, user story, FIFO that is facilitated by Track & Trace technique, routing design for product picking.2.
