I am a Corporate Partner at Crowe. I head the firm's Corporate Finance Team and am the London Office Managing Partner. I am on the firm's Executive Committee.I have been providing Transaction Support and Corporate Finance Services for over 30 years and have experience of providing a broad range of services to companies of all sizes in both the quoted and private sector. This includes acting as Reporting Accountant for companies on AIM, the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and other Capital Markets. I have provided services to domestic and international companies including private equity firms in the UK and overseas.I have provided pension trustees with employer covenant advice, often in connection with a transaction or distressed situation.I support the other strategic sector groups, including Not for Profit, Pension Funds, Professional Practices and Private Clients.In addition, I also represent the firm as the Head of the London Centre of Excellence for the Crowe Global GCA (Global Corporate Advisors) group and am Chair of the GCA Executive Committee.I specialise in providing the following services: Due Diligence;Transaction support for Private Equity Firms and International Companies;Pre lending and pre investment reviews;Working Capital Reviews.
