I am an analytical, creative, dynamic and results oriented management professional with over 20 years of experience in automotive product development, technology implementation and change management. I love new ideas! And of course, I love cars and motorcycles.My drive to seek new challenges and love for innovation led me to my current role at IHS Markit (formerly Novation Analytics), a leading provider of data, software and advisory services. At IHS Markit we are expanding the use and capability of a disruptive predictive "big data" technology. We use recent advances in both cloud and distributed computing such that future automotive architectures can be readily studied, optimized and strategized to meet increasingly stringent environmental standards. My role is to perfect and proliferate this novel predictive technology such that it becomes the industry standard in vehicle development. In my previous role at FiatChrysler, I was the Jeep Renegade Program Manager. This was a remarkable opportunity to lead the global development of a vehicle in all phases: from concept ideation to production. As a truly global program manager, I was tasked to expose and correct discontinuities among the various international stakeholders including finance, engineering, styling, manufacturing and marketing. A key opportunity was harmonizing the activities between the Fiat and Chrysler organizations. I was also a Global Strategy and Marketing Manager where I evaluated and developed strategies to expand FCA's global presence and grow our business worldwide. I coordinated with disparate teams across the world to manage and execute projects in high stress environments.My technical roles in engineering have included aerodynamics, thermodynamics, HVAC development, powertrain systems and overall systems engineering.I hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, a M.Sc. in Automotive Engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Michigan. I am currently pursuing a Ph.
