I have deep and broad experience as outside counsel at large, medium-sized, and small law firms as well as in-house counsel at a Fortune 50 Company and a State health care system. For over 15 years, the primary focus of my practice has been employee benefits and compensation. I am the immediate past Section Chair, Employee Benefits Section, State Bar of Georgia. But I have also, and often simultaneously, practiced extensively in areas as divergent as complex class action civil litigation, immigration, antibribery and anticorruption compliance, intellectual property litigation, antitrust litigation, bankruptcy and international employment compliance and counseling.
